Project information

The end user is a sugar factory in Bangladesh. The waste residue from its production is rich in calcium carbonate, and it wants to be recycled and further calcined into active lime.

Technical Solution

Raw materials: waste sludge from Sugar plant, with water content of 40%.

2 times visiting to our factory for technical and commercial communication, and conducted a three-day rotary kiln calcination experiment in the ZK pilot rotary kiln test line in May 2017. In June, the customer confirmed that the calcined products were OK.

The two parties reached a contract in July 2017. The goods were successfully delivered in March 2018.
