2. Product Application & Features
The double roll crusher is an ideal solution for phosphate ore crushing. It offers a simple, compact, and lightweight structure, ensuring low cost and reliable performance. The crushing ratio is easily adjustable, and the design minimizes over-crushing during operation, resulting in more consistent particle size distribution.
3. Working Principle
The crusher features two cylindrical rollers mounted horizontally and parallel to each other on the frame. The front and rear rollers rotate toward each other. Material enters through the feed hopper and is drawn into the gap between the rollers due to surface friction. Crushing occurs under compression, and the crushed material is continuously discharged from below.
4. Structural Composition
4.1 Movable & Fixed Roller Assemblies
These assemblies consist of the roller shells, main shafts, bearing housings, bearings, and pulleys. The rollers are made of ZGMn13 high-manganese steel, offering exceptional wear resistance and impact strength for long-lasting performance.
4.2 Adjustment Device
Comprising a support bracket, springs, spring seats, and an adjustment screw, this mechanism regulates the gap between the two rollers, provides the necessary crushing pressure, and protects the equipment from damage when encountering excessively hard materials.
4.3 Transmission System
The transmission system includes motors and pulleys, delivering reliable operation with built-in overload protection to ensure consistent performance.
4.4 Housing
The housing is assembled with bolts, allowing for easy disassembly and significantly reducing maintenance time for improved operational efficiency.
