This production line focuses on the lithium extraction needs from lepidolite ore. Through high-temperature thermal treatment, it disrupts the inherent crystal lattice structure of lepidolite, efficiently converting hard-to-utilize lithium components into soluble lithium salts, while simultaneously completing the solidification and harmless treatment of fluorine elements. The entire production line integrates fully automated sections across the whole process, achieving continuous production from raw ore to high-purity lithium salts. It balances lithium extraction efficiency, environmental control, and comprehensive resource utilization, and can stably meet the requirements for large-scale production of battery-grade lithium salts.

Lepidolite raw ore undergoes automated feeding, crushing and grinding, screening and impurity removal, combined with drying using waste heat from calcination flue gas, to produce qualified fine ground ore powder.

The ore powder is precisely proportioned and mixed with sulfate flux, then subjected to gradient high-temperature calcination in a dedicated rotary kiln to achieve lattice deconstruction, lithium salt conversion, and fluorine solidification.

The calcined clinker is cooled and finely ground, then subjected to wet leaching and solid-liquid separation. The leachate is purified, concentrated, and refined to obtain high-purity lithium salts, while valuable by-products are recovered and lithium slag is disposed of in a resource-oriented manner.
