II. Customer Project Overview  

The customer is a high-tech innovative enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of new power battery materials, with a focus on high-purity ultrafine inorganic functional materials. As the world's largest producer of battery-grade manganese sulfate, it is the only company in the industry with mastery over the key technology for wet-process manganese-based cathode precursors. It has achieved full industrial chain integration from manganese ore processing to deep processing of manganese-based lithium battery cathode materials. Its main products hold domestic market shares of 60% and 65%, respectively, primarily serving lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cathode materials.  

Due to the needs of new product R&D and production, the customer ordered two HJ250×2.1m dual-axis acid mixers from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. in April 2025 for use in the acid mixing stage of lithium battery materials. The equipment was manufactured and delivered on schedule in May 2025.  

The customer contacted our company online, and after multiple discussions on the project, we provided different equipment solutions tailored to their needs. Following extensive communication and comparisons, a contract was signed after a comprehensive evaluation. Zhengzhou Mining Machinery produced the equipment according to the agreed technical requirements and drawings, ensuring on-time delivery.

The HJ250×2.1m dual-axis acid mixer is used for mixing, acid addition, stirring, and conveying materials in an acidic environment. It features a simple structure, compact and lightweight design, reliable operation, and high processing capacity.  

IV. Working Principle  

Materials enter the tank through the feed inlet, where two shafts equipped with mixing blades rotate synchronously to continuously and uniformly push the acid-treated material toward the discharge outlet, completing the processes of acid addition, mixing, and conveying.
