II. Customer Project Background
The customer is an innovative high-tech "little giant" enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of new power battery materials, specializing in the field of high-purity ultrafine inorganic functional materials. It is the world's largest producer and service provider of battery-grade manganese sulfate and the only enterprise in the industry that has mastered the key technology of wet-process manganese cathode precursors. The company has completed the full industrial chain industrialization from manganese ore processing to deep processing of manganese-based lithium battery cathode materials.
Due to the need for new product capacity expansion, the customer ordered an HJ300×4m Double Shaft Acid Mixer from Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd. in December 2025 for use in the acid mixing section of lithium battery material production.
This equipment is a repeat order from an existing customer. The equipment previously purchased by the customer operated stably and met the customer's requirements. Through after-sales visits by Zhengkuang's sales manager and communication with the customer, it was discovered that there was room for further optimization of the original equipment. After multiple rounds of communication between Zhengkuang's engineers and the customer's equipment manager, it was decided to re-develop and upgrade certain functions and structures of the original equipment. After several rounds of discussion and R&D by both parties, the equipment's blades and internal structure were optimized. The customer was satisfied with the preliminary R&D plan, and both parties ultimately signed a trial production contract. The equipment was manufactured and delivered on schedule.
III. Product Application and Features
The optimized HJ300×4m Double Shaft Acid Mixer is used for mixing, acid adding, stirring, and conveying materials in acidic environments. The equipment offers improved corrosion resistance, solves the issue of material adhesion to the walls, ensures more uniform acid addition, and provides more stable discharge and better product quality.
IV. Working Principle
Material enters the box body through the feed inlet. Two rotating shafts with mixing blades rotate synchronously, continuously and evenly pushing the acid-added material toward the discharge outlet, thereby completing the process of acid addition, mixing, and conveying.
