ZK engineered a turnkey solution centered around a Φ2.2×7.5m dry-type ball mill, specifically designed to meet the client's rigorous demands.
Designed Capacity: A stable output of 10 tons per hour of qualified manganese oxide powder.
Key Process: A fully enclosed dry-grinding process that effectively prevents moisture absorption, safeguarding material purity and ensuring optimal powder flowability.
Integrated System Design:
Dust Control & Classification: Incorporates a high-efficiency dust collection and air classification system. This not only ensures full environmental compliance by controlling emissions but also enables the recovery of valuable fines and precise particle size control in one integrated step.
Enhanced Durability: The ball mill drum and liners are constructed from specially selected wear-resistant alloy materials. This design choice significantly extends the equipment's service life and reduces long-term maintenance costs.
