1.Project Overview

A company which is an aggregate production unit from Columbia. It has a large reserves of high-quality limestone ore and antigorite rock. And has a daily processing of 200 tons of aggregate crushing line. The products produced are mainly used in construction, cement factory and so on.

Project Engineering Concept：

The process design follows the principle of simplicity, efficiency and reliability.

The grinding system adopts closed circuit, which effectively guarantees the production capacity and the requirements of product discharging particle size.

2. Project Implementation

The qualified particle size material after crushing and screening is entered into the ball mill through the belt conveyor. Material in the ball mill to make grinding operation. The ground material through the air slide fed into the bucket elevator. The bucket elevator will lift the the ground material for a certain height. The ground material shall enter into the combined powder separator through the air slide. The qualified material can enter the finished product silo through the air slide. By the sorting operation of the combined powder separator. Unqualified materials are transported to the feeding end of the mill through another air slide to make grinding again until the qualified particle size is sorted out by the powder separator. The system is equipped with bag dust collector, high dust collection efficiency. The collected dust is transported to the final product silo through the air slide. Dust is effectively controlled throughout the operation process to achieve standard emission.
