Equipment: 1set of LS500 screw conveyor 

The client was coming from Philippine, is the local mining and power corporation, looking for 1 set of screw conveyor equipment. Capacity: 80tph. Raw materials: dry limestone powder, feeding sizes: 100~14mesh. And with special requirement on feeding at middle part and discharging at both of end. 

2. Technical Solution

According to the simple layout provided by the customer, some simple parameter requirements are given: production capacity, material particle size, etc. After calculation by the process engineer, LS500*10m screw conveyor equipment was recommended respectively, and the equipment engineer accordingly issued the basic outline structure drawing to confirm with the customer the important dimension parameters etc. on the general drawing. After confirming the drawings and basic parameters, detailed technical and commercial quotations, equipment photos, factory videos, etc. were provided to the customer for reference and understanding.

Finally, the two parties will sign the contract in early October 2021, and the goods will be delivered successfully in November 2021.Finally, the contract will be signed by both parties in the beginning of October 2021 and the goods was already delivered in November of 2021.
