Although the actual operation of adjusting rotary kiln temperature and the control method are different, but the ultimate goal is on the basis of the temperature coordination in various parts of the furnace, and the even kiln temperature distribution, the temperature control of rotary kiln stove has four ways:         

1, to regulate fuel ration to control temperature, and the feeding rate and rotational speed of rotary kiln is constant.

2, changing the quantity of the feeding controls the temperature.

3, to adjust the feeding rate and fuel quantity change accordingly to control the temperature.

4, adjusting the speed of the rotary kiln controls temperature.

Compared to the above four, adjusting the kiln speed to control the temperature not only makes the material uneven but also leads a short residence time in the stove, which is easy to influence calcination material in rotary kiln; When the kiln speed is slower, the fuel consumption increases, and productivity reduces, so this method is rarely used, in actual operation, it is easily adopted to adjust rations to control the temperature of the fuel, other factors are relatively stable.
