With the continuing reform of the ball mill production technology，the use life of ball mill has been improved, in general,using the right amount of lubricant helps to improve operating environment for the ball bearing lubrication, oil tankers between belt drive and machine lubrication. However, if the use amount of lubricant is excessive, it will make the production efficiency of the ball mill greatly reduced, and is also contrary to the enterprise in mind. In the use of lubricants, we should take notes as follows:

1, for the just-concluded working ball mill, its maintenance and use of a lubricant between the parts improves its internal operating environment, and other equipment should be stopped at least 2 hours in order to carry out maintenance, which helps make full use of the ball to get maintenance.

2, In order to use the right amount of lubricant at the same time to improve the production efficiency of ball mill equipment, using reasonable means of lubrication is also very important and the excessive use of lubricants is not only a waste of resources, is pollution of the operating environment, and is not conducive to improve work productivity.

3, during maintenance lubrication, ensure that the equipment is maintained to a comprehensive repair and maintenance.
