The clinker calcining system of rotary kiln should be comprehensive consideration in conditions of raw material, fuel, product quality, plant size, a variety of specific conditions of building plant, the characteristic of different firing system, the right judgment, selection of advanced technology, reasonable economy firing system. Energy saving is one of the most prominent problems in calcination system, and should be given full attention. And the following problems need to pay attention to.
1, medium and large factory should give priority to the precalcining kiln, medium and small factory is optional to vertical preheater, cyclone preheater kiln and mechanized shaft kiln.
2, rotary kiln and decomposing furnace use coal as fuel
3. Use the cooler with high cooling efficiency and make full use of the cooling machine hot gas as dry heat source.
4. The coal mill with drying and grinding, and make full use of waste heat as heat drying coal system.
5. Make full use of waste heat source as heat drying raw and other materials.
6. Ensure that the sealing device of rotary kiln and pipeline system are in good condition, reduce system air leakage and pressure loss, and choose the appropriate fan.
7. Choose the appropriate kiln lining, and take the kiln body heat insulation measures.
