For cooling the lime out of kiln, it should be finished in a short time. Vertical cooler is an ideal cooling container. High-heat lime stays in cooler about 30 minutes, in the intense heat exchange can be cooled to below 100 ℃, thereby effectively preventing the crystal to grow up. The process of heat exchange is mainly on heat dissipation. Mechanical wind blows out and takes away the material contained in heat; heat through convection heat transfer heats the air.
