First. Filtration Velocity
Filtration Velocity is one of the key parameters for the selection of dust removal, which should be determined on the property, granularity, temperature, density and other factors of dust or dust particles based on different application occasions. The following chart is the advised filtration velocity for the selection of dust collector in the cement plant of the building materials industry. The other industries can be referred to in the case of reference.
Second. Filtration Material
PCM-GS/A series high pressure off-line lateral jet pulse bag filter uses needle felt filter bag. Generally the 500g/m 2 polyester needle felt will be used when the users requires the temperature of gas filter is normal or less than 120℃. If anti-static needle punched felt used in the coal mill explosion-proof system, please give special illustration before ordering (For special requirements or for high temperature applications, please order separately for filtration material.)
Third. Compressed Air Consumption
Compressed air consumption for cleaning calculated by the follow formula:

Fourth. Cleaning dust control device
1. The cleaning method generally used timing method or fixed resistance method. Fixed resistance method is to control the equipment resistance loss. Differential pressure transmitter will give signal when the differential pressure value reaches the settled value (generally 1200Pa), while it will clean according to the settled process through the electrical control device.
2. Function of Electrical Control Device
There are two ways to control the multi chamber dust collector by the single chip microcomputer, automatic and manual. When the single chip microcomputer doesn’t work anymore, it can be switched to manual control.
3. The wiring design of the electric control device and the dust removal device of the dust removing device is in charge of the user. Please find the working instruction of the electric controller for the amphenol connector.
