The upper end of the movable jaw is directly hung on the main shaft when the jaw crusher is working. As the connecting rod, it is directly driven by the eccentric shaft while the lower end of the movable jaw connected to the thrust plate is supported on the rear wall of the frame. When the eccentric shaft is rotated, each point of the moving jaw makes movement from the circumference of hanging point, and gradually moves down to the oval. The position is lower and the oval more flat, until the track between the thrust plate connector and the lower position becomes an arc. Due to the complicated moving track for each point on the movable jaw, it’s called Complex oscillating jaw crusher. Compared with Jane pendulum crusher, it has the advantages of light weight, less components, compact structure, high filled ration in crushing cavity, uniform crush, also the lower position of movable position forcedly discharge the finished material. Therefore its production rate is very high, exceeding 20%~30% compared with the Jane pendulum crusher.
The material in the lower part of the movable jaw have a larger up and down rolling movement, which will be inclined to discharge in the form of cube shape, was cube shape discharge. It reduces the flaky constituent like Jane tilting producing, thus quality of the products improved.
