ZK-15 granulator is composed of a material bin, reversible screw, the main metering warehouse, auxiliary warehouse metering, constant pressure water tank measurement, subdivision recovery processor, wind machine, pelletizing machine and complete sets of control system.
This system operate from the computer control panel, automatically start lubricating system device, open the dedusting fan, start granulator. The main bunker started to feed by reversible spiral, and then distribute to the main metering bin and the auxiliary metering metering bin by the spiral. The material of main bunker enter into the granulator, and then start the high speed rotor movement by constant pressure. Adding regulation water to the granulator host from metering tank, it makes the material form the pellets in the granulator. After the transition, it’s required to add the stated material in the auxiliary metering bin into the regulations to pelletize, until it reaches the specified size. And then it’s required to supplemented the material for polishing. After the surface becomes smooth, the finished products are discharged to the bag conveyor in the lower part of granulator and then transmitted to the next process to complete a pelletizing cycle.
