Normally, there are many factors which will influence the production efficiency of cement rotary kiln, the rotating speed and filling rate of kiln will be in direct proportion. If the filling rate is too large or too small, rotating speed of kiln will be seriously influenced, even causing badly operating performance. So the material feeding rate should be adjusting reasonably. Then what are the normal standards for indicators of cement rotary kiln?

Under the cement manufacture processing, on pre-heating and calcining operating section, the lower material filling coefficient of decomposing furnace will be with higher heat furnace value. While filling rate is smaller, heat value in furnace is bigger, absorbed heat capacity of material is smaller, which cause temperature of furnace is too high and capacity strength is reduced, and vise versa. Therefore, feed rate should be controlled within a certain range according to production capacity and primary parameter of system. And then, the modern style large scale cement production line will always settle with whole set of PLC or DCS full process control system, which can be realize the remote automatic control. Before operating, will normally filling in the optimum proportion into control system, then through data analysis catching from indicator on the kiln inlet which can indicating the site current feeding condition, combining with the system automatic material feeding volume adjusting function, finally will realize high efficiency and high quality cement clinker producing.

Generally speaking, the material filling speed and rotating speed of rotary kiln will be controlled according to the thickness of kiln shell, also will adopting properly material loading ratio. The feeding speed of feeder should be matching with kiln speed, which will guarantee the evenly material layer inside kiln. For the filling rate adjustment of decomposing furnace, we should judge according to two aspects, that is condition in kiln and working condition of decomposing furnace.
