There are two kinds of pulse valve for dust collector: right angle pulse valve and submerged pulse valve.


Right angle pulse valve: the angle between the input end and the output end is 90 ° and its input end is connected with the gas distribution box, and the output end is connected with the spray pipe of the dust collector.

Working principle: the diaphragm in the valve divides the pulse valve into front and back chambers. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber will close the diaphragm to the input port of the valve. The pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electric signal of the pulse injection control instrument moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve, and the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve opens, and the rear air chamber loses rapidly When the diaphragm moves backward, the compressed air is injected through the valve output port, and the pulse valve is in the "open" state. The compressed air is ejected from the valve in an instant to form a jet flow. When the electric signal of the pulse controller disappears, the armature of the pulse valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear chamber increases, which makes the diaphragm close to the valve outlet, and the pulse valve is in the "closed" state again.

Submerged pulse valve: it is directly installed on the gas distribution box, and the input end is connected with the gas distribution box, and the output end is connected with the spray pipe of the dust remover with a connecting pipe. The working principle of the valve is basically the same as that of the right angle pulse valve. Compared with other structure forms, it reduces the flow resistance and the pressure of the injection gas source. Therefore, it can be applied to the occasions with low pressure, and can reduce the energy consumption and prolong the service life of the diaphragm.
