The Acidification Cooler can be manufactured with diameters ranging from Φ1 to Φ5.5 meters. It is designed for cooling converted roasted materials or acidified roasted materials in lithium concentrate processing, as well as for cooling roasted lepidolite materials.
Outlet Temperature Control: Under normal conditions, the outlet temperature of converted roasted materials is maintained at approximately 80°C, while acidified roasted materials are cooled to approximately 60°C. For lepidolite roasting cooling, the outlet temperature is maintained at approximately 80°C.
