Pan Granulator is mainly used in cement industry, steel industry, compound fertilizer industry, ceramsite industry, refractory industry. It is the major equipment for powdery material processing into balls.
Pan granulator is divided into unpowered scraper disc granulator (PQW) and powered scraper disc granulator (PQ). The two kinds of disc granulator are all have the feature of simple structure, convenient operation, the moisture of pellet can be easily control and high hardness.
1. The scraper device composed by unpowered scraper and powered scraper, which supporting the use of optimized disc when cleaning the bottom and side, then the pelletizing result is very well and qualified pellets can be reached over 90%.

3. The pan granulator have adopt whole set of structure with mutiple steel plate strengthen with durable operation; reducer and motor have driving by flexible belt with steady starting and reduce the impact force of equipment, which also will extend the using life.
