2. Customer Project Situation

The customer is a well-known domestic university. For teaching and project R&D needs, they ordered one Pan-type Granulating Test Disc Machine from Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd. in September 2025. The equipment manufacturing was completed and it was shipped on schedule in October 2025.

2.1 Application Scope: Generally used for preparing pellets sized above 1㎜.

2.2 Required Raw Materials:

Approximately 10kg of material is needed for testing. The powder fineness should be 200-400 mesh, the raw material moisture content should be<7%, and the pelletizing range is 1-25㎜.

2.3 Equipment Purpose: Generally used for verifying the pelletizing effect of formulations, primarily for the development of new products in pellet production enterprises and research institutes.
