1. Project Introduction

A manufacturer of zirconium sand in Iran. The factory has a complete set of dry mill and wet mill system. The customer has ordered zirconium sand dry mill from our company and needs to add powder selection system to this dry mill.

2. Project Description

After receiving the new demand from the customer, we made it clear to the customer that the specific demand for powder selection is 45 micron zirconium sand with an output of 400 kg per hour for the use of 1.83x5.9 meter dry ball mill. Our process technicians can quickly provide process flow chart and equipment selection list according to customer requirements and existing ball mill drawings. Since the zirconium sand of the customer can not be in contact with iron, SS304 stainless steel material or ceramic chip processing is considered for all equipment configuration. 

Customers gave detailed feedback on our flow chart and equipment technical parameters, and proposed to add packaging system. According to the customer's information feedback, the process technician for the equipment process and equipment list on the line to adjust. And increase the packaging system, according to the finished material can not contact iron requirements, technicians choose stainless steel quantitative packaging machine and provide the drawing of packaging machine for customer reference. Customers for packaging machine selection and technical information no doubt.

After the customer confirms the order, our technical personnel will provide the equipment layout to the customer according to the layout of the customer's factory. The customer then puts forward modification suggestions on the layout according to the actual situation, and our technicians modify the layout according to the requirements of the customer and the condition of the equipment. 

And according to the layout, provide customer equipment link diagram and other technical data.
