2. Project Description
This project is mainly a light-burned magnesite production line with a daily output capacity of 100 tons. The main equipment is rotary kiln, rotary cooler, 4-channel burner, bag filter, bucket elevator, belt conveyor, double-tube screw feeder, and so on. The scope of project services by ZKCORP includes production line process design, equipment supply and transportation, on-site installation and commissioning supervision service, etc. The technological process is completed by the feeding, calcination, and dust removal of raw materials.
This project is the second phase of the project newly planned by the owner. The first phase of the project was completed in 2007, which was also designed and supplied by ZKCORP. In view of the good operating efficiency in the past two years, the owner is very satisfied with the plant, so once again cooperated with us for the second plant in May 2020.Based on existing plant operation status, our new proposal have further improved the production requirements and optimization of the previous production line configuration after deeply communication with the clients. At present, the equipment has been completed the production and shipping out. The next step is to wait for the equipment to arrive at the customer's site, we will dispatch our engineer for onsite installation and adjustment guidance services, in order to assist the customer in completing the project's installation and commissioning smoothly and put into the production as early as possible.
