2. Working principle

This equipment is a hammer crusher with a hammer body mainly composed of the following parts: frame, rotor, grate, synchronous adjustment device, upper cover hydraulic opening device, hammer crusher and other parts. The main machine is connected to the motor by a hydraulic coupling and directly starts the machine. The hammer can not only rotate with the rotor, but also rotate around the hammer pin. After the material enters the crusher, it is crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer of the rotor in the crushing chamber. The crushed material also obtains kinetic energy from the hammer and rushes to the crushing plate at high speed to be crushed once, then falls onto the screen plate, and is further crushed by the shearing, extrusion, grinding of the hammer and the mutual collision between the materials, and is discharged from the machine through the screen holes.

3. Structural composition
