(3),Pay attention to the coarse running and ball vomiting of the ball mill discharge.

2,The ball mill oil feeding system inspection:

(1),Check the ball mill oil pressure constantly to keep it within the range of 1.520kg/cm2;

(2),Check the ball mill oil mass and temperature, and the temperature should be less than 30 degree centigrade;

(3),Check the ball mill king journal oil flow distribution of the ball mill to keep them well-distributed;

(4),Check the ball mill viscosity and cleanness of the oil.

3, The ball mill motor and electrical appliance inspection: Mainly check the motor temperature and make the temperature rise within the allowable value.

4,The Classifier ball mill equipment inspection:

(1),Check the ball mill blades of the Spiral Classifier to make sure all is on and the rolling is stable;

(2),Check whether the whirlcone feeding pressure of ball mill is stable, and there are leakage or clogging.
