Dusty gas enter into the medium and lower case through the air inlet of the dust collector. Gas are separated due to the effect of filter bag, when dusty gas enter into the upper case through the filter bag, and then the dust is adsorbed in the filter bag. When the gas enter into the upper case by venturi-tube through the filter bag, the dust is discharged from the air outlet. During the purification process dusty gas passing through filter bag, the dust on the filter bag become more and more, which increased the resistance of the filter bag and decreased the gas flow through the filter bag. In order to control the resistance in the limited range ( generally 120~150mm) and ensure the required gas flow controlled by the instruction from the controller, trigger the control valve and open the pulse valve, the compressed air in the air pocket spray out instantaneously from each hole of injection pipe through the pulse valve, and then spray into the corespondent filter bag through the venturi-tube.
The bag has expanded rapidly under the instant reverse action of air flow, which makes the dust on the surface of the filter bag drop, therefore the filter bag can be recovered. The removed dust fall into the ash hopper, and then discharge through a discharge valve. The attached dust in the filter bag is cleaned periodically by the pulse injection, so that the purified gas can pass through normally and guarantee the operation of dust removal system.
