Spraying system and working principle: The pulse valve end is connected with a compressed air bag and blowing pipe with the other end, pulse valve back pressure chamber is connected with the control valve. The control instrument control the opening of control valve and the pulse valve. When there is no signal output, exhausting of control valve will be closed and the blowing mouth of the pulse valve will in a closed state. When the controller sends a signal, the exhaust port of control valve port will be opened and the gas is leaked out from the pulse valve back pressure chamber. Meanwhile, the stress is reduced and the differential pressure is produced from both sides of the diaphragm. Due to differential pressure, diaphragm will produce the displacement and blowing of pulse valve will be opened. At this time, the compressed air spurt into the venturi tube and enter into filter-bag from gas bag through the pulse valve ( the gas sprayed from the spray pipe is the primary wind). When the high speed gas flowing through a venturi tube produce the air several times more than the primary air (referred to as the secondary air), causing the instantaneous pressure inside the filter bag to achieve the aim of cleaning.

In the process of removing dust, the pulse spraying for each time is called pulse time or pulse width the pulse valve; the interval time of spraying between two adjacent pulse valves is called pulse interval (also known as blowing period). To adjust the pulse period and pulse time of the control instrument can keep the dust collector resistance in the limited scope.
