1. It will appear a lot of noise when rotation. It’s required to check whether the liner plate bolts are not tightened. To find out the loose bolts reinforcement will reduce the noise.

2. The temperature of ball mill and motor bearing rise, exceeding the regulation. to check the bearing is a partial high temperature or all. The ball mill can be checked from the following several aspects. (1) Check the lubrication points of each parts of the ball mill, and the oil type and equipment factory manual whether are consistent. (2) Check the lubricating oil and lubricating grease whether deterioration. (3) Check whether the ball mill lubrication pipe is blocked, or the lubrication oil is not directly into the lubricating point, not enough amount of oil will cause heat. (4) The side gap of the bearing bush of ball mill is too small, the gas between the bearing bush and shaft is too large, contact point is too much, therefore it can not form a uniform bearing oil film. (5) The sealing device of the hollow shaft at both ends of the ball mill grinding body is too tight, or the seal body is directly related to the shaft.

3. hot condition of the bearing. To check whether the reducer of the exhaust hole is blocked.

4. It produces a shock when start the speed reducer of the ball mill motor. Methods: Ajust the round gap according to the regulations to make the two shafts concentric. It uses the same moment symmetry bolt that fastening symmetric coupling. When the rotor is not balanced, the rotor of the ball mill is drawn out to find the static equilibrium.
