TH bucket elevator is a kind of centrifugal chain type elevator, which elevates bulk materials continuously in vertical direction. The material temperature cannot exceed 250 ℃. It has advantages of large capacity, stable operation, small floor space, largescope of lift height and easy maintenance.

        Tips for model selection

1.    The max working temperature of TH bucket elevator is 250 ℃. If it exceeds  250 ℃, the hopper and shell would deform, and the working performance and service life would be shortened.

2.    The max instant lift capacity is a key index for model selection. If the max instant capacity is not big enough, the more materials would be stocked in the bottom of the elevator, so that the elevator could not operate.

        Safety rules for model selection

1.    The designated personnelis responsible for the maintenance and management, including the keys of the power box.

2.    The hoist limiter and stroke limiter should be equipment with the elevator. The limiter should control the pulley to stop automatically when the pulley is 300mm away from hoist drum or rollers.

3.    The elevator should be marked with max loading. The weight cannot be beyond the max loading（1T）during lifting and landing.

4.    After the delivery of current, check the hoist limiter, stroke limiter, interlock switch, etc. Make them be in good and stable operation and then run the elevator as a trial test.

5.    Ring warning before lifting and landing.

6.    The elevator must not load human beings.

7.    The hanging scaffolds should be on the ground after finishing the lifting operation. Then cut down the power and make the fence door close.

8.    Keep the surroundings of elevator tidy and clean.
