The PQ10W disc pelletizer is mainly used for pelletizing materials. It features uniform pellet size, low moisture content, high pellet strength, simple structure, convenient control, low power consumption and stable operation. It is an ideal choice for manufacturers producing spherical materials.

Working Principle：A cycloidal pin-wheel gear motor directly drives the pelletizing disc to rotate via a connecting flange.Raw material powder is evenly mixed with pre-added water and fed into the disc.As the disc rotates, the raw material powder gradually forms into spheres through rolling inside the disc.Once reaching the preset diameter, the pellets are discharged and conveyed to the next process.

1. A detachable curved shrinkage chute is designed for the client to facilitate material collection.

2. A stand equipped with two emergency stop switches is manufactured according to the client’s requirements.
