1. Project Introduction

UAE Concrete Company owns a concrete production plant. The plant required several sets of screw conveyor for concrete transportation section. The transportation length is 23 meters and 16 meters. It is bidding equipment. The technical parameters and model selection of screw conveyor have not yet been determined.

2. Project Description

After the customer disclosed the technical requirements to us, the technicians from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd (ZK Corp) quickly gave a solution according to the customer's existing production situation. The solution includes detailed equipment parameters, shape drawings and layout drawings. The detailed proposal and quick reply from ZK Corp had given the customer a very professional first impression.

After one week of research, discussion, calculation and 3D layout design with the customer's technical staff, the final proposal had been finalized. Meanwhile, ZK Corp’s technician also helped customers solve many other technical problems during the production. Finally, the technical parameters such as size, transportation capacity, steel material, structure, installation angel and power are determined. Mutual trust had been greatly deepened. At the same time, the equipment technical parameters with reasonable price submitted by our company were recognized by the final user side, and finally ZK Corp won the equipment of this bidding section.

After 15 days of production, the screw conveyor was tested in the assembly workshop of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machine Co., LTD., and passed the quality and function test of the third party inspection company in one time. 3. Product Details

Shell is made of Carbon steel plates, and it linked all parts together by flanges, has good rigidity.

Screw blades uses one step molding technology and has excellent abrasion resistance and tiny errors of pitches.

Top and tail bearing seats sets outside of the shell to make it easy for installation and maintenance, meanwhile, it also prevent the dust enters into bearing. For effective dust-proof, the packing seal is provided on the seat, and the inside is filled with graphite, which effectively prevents the dust from overflowing.

Hanging Bearing: The bearing is mounted in the helix joints to ensure the coaxiality of each helix, and bear the weight of the screw and the forces produced by the work. Hanging bearing running reliable, it has compact structure and small radial dimension, which avoid the material blocking and excessive resistance.
