The calcining and cooling system of new dry process cement production line, mainly includes four parts, namely the cyclone preheater and calciner, rotary kiln and cooler. Raw material out from the raw mill after the first four level cyclone pre-heater tube waste heat to the endothermic decomposition furnace decomposition, and then into the first category five preheating tube with the increasing flow, then carries on the gas-solid separation, into the kiln calcine. Because the kiln body is tilted and rotate, so that the raw material moves to the kiln outlet, through calcining of the calcining zone of the temperature of kiln outlet, forms clinker, and finally into the cooler. Cooler is the host equipment of cement clinker burning system in cement production line. After rapid cooling of cooler, through chain conveyor to clinker silo.
