The phosphate ore processing line in Guizhou needs to handle large volumes of high-moisture ore (initial moisture content approximately 25%-30%). The original drying equipment suffered from low efficiency, high energy consumption, and non-compliance with environmental standards, necessitating an upgrade. Therefore, the company collaborated with Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. to introduce large-scale drying equipment and establish an efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly phosphate ore drying system.
1.2 Project Requirements
Efficient Drying: The high moisture content of the phosphate ore (approx. 25%-30%) requires rapid drying to ≤1% moisture to meet subsequent processing needs. Energy Saving & Environmental Protection: Reduce coal and electricity consumption, decrease exhaust emissions, and comply with national environmental standards.
Stability & Reliability: The equipment must support 24/7 continuous operation, have a low failure rate, and be easy to maintain.
Intelligent Control: Achieve precise control of parameters such as temperature, rotation speed, and feed rate to enhance the level of automation.
2. Solution
The company selected a Ø4m x 25m rotary dryer as the core equipment, complemented by a high-efficiency hot air furnace, a dust removal system, and an intelligent control system to build a comprehensive drying production line.
