2. Project Introduction

This project includes raw material storage and transportation system, dolomite calcination system, dust collection system, grinding system, ball making system and automatic control system. Project supply, installation, and debugging are all undertaken by ZK Machinery. After the equipment was sent to the site, our company's personnel stayed on site and actively followed up. The installation, commissioning and production were successfully completed in 2019.

The on-site equipment is energy-saving and environmentally friendly to meet customer needs, fully utilizes system heat, has reasonable dust removal arrangements, and meets emission standards. Since the equipment has been put into operation, the failure rate has been low and received high praise from customers.

3. Solution

1. Raw material storage and transportation system: Use silos, belt scales, large-angle belt conveyors, etc. to transport dolomite to the preheater silo.

2. Rotary kiln calcining system: An energy-saving rotary kiln with a vertical preheater is selected to effectively utilize the flue gas at the end of the kiln. While saving energy, it also reduces the temperature of the flue gas entering the dust collector at the end of the kiln and extends the service life of the dust collector. .

3. Grinding system: uniform grinding, safe and reliable, and high degree of automation.

4. Ball making system: large molding capacity and high ball forming rate.

5. Dust collection system: Reduce dust diffusion, achieve emission standards, and comply with environmental protection requirements.

6. Automatic control system: centralized control, advanced technology, easy to operate.
