1. Project Description
ZK Corp builds a sea sand grinding plant with capacity of 80tpd in Kuwait. The plant adopts the open process technology to produce the ground sea sand for AAC plant. In this proposal, the main grinding equipment is ball mill. The proposal has the advantage of Less Investment, Stable Product Quality, Less Electric Consumption, Easy Operation and Maintenance, Reliability and Durability, High Running Rate, Less Maintenance Cost and etc. The final product has the feature of shapeliness, homogeneous distribution of particles and etc. In the grinding process, ball mill technology is the leading position. In the equipment selection, we have considered the influence of high temperature on the equipment and electric appliance.
2. Technical Parameter
1. Ball Mill (Model: Φ1830×7000)
The ball mill has a capacity of 6–8 t/h and processes materials with a maximum feeding size of ≤25 mm, producing an output size range of 0.074–0.4 mm. Its dimensions (Φ1830×7000) ensure efficient grinding for industrial applications.
2. Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder (Model: GZ3)
This feeder delivers a steady supply of material at 25 t/h, accommodating feed sizes up to ≤75 mm. It operates with a double amplitude of 1.75 mm, ensuring precise and controlled feeding.
3. Belt Conveyor (Model: B500×19.5m, 20° incline)
Designed for inclined material transport, this conveyor handles 87 t/h at a speed of 1 m/s. Powered by a 7.5 kW motor, it efficiently moves bulk materials with a 20° incline.
4. Bag Filter – Dust Collection System (Model: ZM200)
With a 200 m² filtration area, this bag filter processes an air volume of 12,000–14,400 m³/h. It includes 200 filter bags, ensuring effective dust control in industrial environments.
5. Screw Conveyor (Model: GX300×3m)
Featuring a 300 mm diameter and 3,000 mm length, this screw conveyor is powered by a 2.2 kW motor, providing reliable horizontal or slight-incline material transport.
6. Bucket Elevator (Model: TH315×8.5m)
This bucket elevator has a 28 m³/h lifting capacity, using 6 L buckets with a 315 mm width. It is designed for efficient vertical material handling in various industries.
