2.Customer Project Background
The customer is a vacuum electrical components manufacturer in China. In October 2024, they ordered a ZK600×700 Wet Ceramic Batch Ball Mill from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd for grinding alumina powder (Al₂O₃) and silica powder (SiO₂). The equipment was completed and delivered as scheduled in December 2024.
Through online research, the customer identified our expertise in wet ball mill solutions and approached us with specific grinding requirements: processing alumina and silica powders from 100 mesh to 250-300 mesh, with a batch capacity of 40-50kg using wet, intermittent grinding technology.
Our technical team recommended the φ600×700 batch ball mill with alumina ceramic liners and grinding media to ensure iron-free processing. Through close collaboration, we refined the mill door design for easier operation before finalizing the contract. The system was successfully installed with our guidance and is now performing optimally, meeting all the customer's production targets.
3.Product Features
This batch ball mill delivers efficient small-scale production with uniform particle size and 30% energy savings. Its adjustable grinding time ensures precise fineness control, while the compact, safe design offers reliable performance at lower cost than conventional models.
4.Working Principle
The ZK600×700 batch ball mill operates with a central drive system for batch processing. Materials are loaded through the mill door where high-purity alumina ceramic grinding media efficiently reduces particles to the desired fineness. Upon completion, the processed slurry is conveniently discharged through the bottom valve, ensuring a contamination-free grinding process.
