The roller granulator of this project is a molding equipment that molds materials containing a certain amount of moisture into a specific shape. It is a commonly used granulation equipment for the preparation of sludge and clay ceramsite. The equipment mainly consists of a frame, a fixed roller device, and a movable roller. Devices, transmission devices, etc. Its working process is that the materials entering the double-roller granulator are extruded and formed at one time. It has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. The shaping machine drives the sprocket through the motor reducer and drives the inclined roller to rotate at low speed. The material is fed from the high end of the cylinder. The material is continuously lifted, thrown and moved downward under the action of centrifugal force and gravity. The material passes through each other. The friction force completes the shaping of the material, and the shaped material is discharged from the lower end.
