1. Project overview
Heqing Yixin Aluminum Co., Ltd. is located in Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is mainly engaged in the production and sales of aluminum ingots and aluminum processed products, calcium aluminate products, refractory materials, the purchase and sale of metal and non-metal mineral products, and the production of petroleum fracturing proppant series products , sales and related technical consulting services. Due to the expansion of the petroleum cracking proppant business, the pelletizing of alumina powder requires the purchase of a pelletizer. After repeated communication between the two parties, it was decided in January 2016 to order a scraper-type disc manufacturing machine with a pellet diameter of 3.2m from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. There are 8 granulators, the technical requirements are clearly defined, and the purchase contract is signed. The equipment supply was completed in March 2016.
2. Solution
1. According to the on-site production environment and site area, combined with the upstream and downstream production processes, the process layout is reasonable.
2. In order to ensure that the material balls are not strained or torn when they come out of the disc, the ball-forming disc is composed of a disc body and a disc section, which can be adjusted up and down along the disc body, and the end of the disc section is a flange.
3. In order to ensure higher assembly accuracy and stable operation of the whole machine, after the frame is welded and the stress is eliminated, its mating surface is processed and formed on the boring and milling machine at one time.
4. In order to meet the changing requirements of a certain degree of ball size and production capacity, a ball-disc inclination adjustment device is set up and a reasonable adjustment range of inclination angle is recommended for customers.
