2. Project Overview

CSSC LUZHOU ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (NANJING) CO.,LTD. is mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of land-based incineration system engineering, water treatment system engineering, soil remediation engineering and pressure vessel category three (A2), as well as marine incinerators, domestic sewage treatment equipment, and bilge water separators. , seawater desalination devices, central coolers, etc., are partners of Henan ZK Machinery Co., Ltd. This project uses a rotary kiln to incinerate chemical waste residues and waste liquids, and completely decomposes dioxins in the flue gas at a high temperature of 1100°C in the secondary combustion chamber at the end of the kiln to achieve harmless disposal of solid (hazardous) waste.

The two parties signed a supply contract in May 2019, with a daily processing capacity of 40t. The design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber equipment were all completed by Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd.

3. Solution

The rotary kiln + secondary combustion chamber supporting equipment used in this project is used to incinerate chemical waste residues, waste liquids and treat harmful components of waste gas. The solution is unique and effective, and has the following characteristics:

1) This incineration technology not only meets all environmental requirements for the harmless treatment of hazardous waste (medical waste), but is also the current recommended technology for solving hazardous waste in my country.

2) It has the advantages of wide application range, strong adaptability to materials, large processing capacity, and strong resistance to moisture content fluctuations. The furnace has a large heat load and the material is burned thoroughly, which is enough to handle the complete incineration of a large amount of hazardous waste. Even if the calorific value and moisture content of the material fluctuate, it can be completely incinerated.

3) Process flow: The feed inlet of the rotary kiln is equipped with a pushing mechanism to ensure continuous feeding. Solid (hazardous) waste is sent from the kiln head into the rotary kiln through the feeding mechanism and is incinerated into high-temperature flue gas and ash. The ash is discharged from the slag discharge machine at the end of the kiln and sent to the stabilization/solidification workshop for processing on a regular basis. The temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the rotary kiln is 800~850°C. After the flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, the secondary air is sprayed tangentially around the secondary combustion chamber, forming a strong vortex field in the secondary combustion chamber, and the combustible gas in the flue gas The ingredients are fully burned. The flue gas temperature in the secondary combustion chamber is greater than 1100°C, and the flue gas stays in the high-temperature zone for more than 2 seconds to ensure that harmful components including dioxins in the flue gas are completely decomposed and meet the requirements for hazardous waste incineration disposal.
