2. For new equipment or mills that have not been tested after maintenance, roll 2-3 turns before starting to see if the mill is bumping with other machines;

3. Check whether the oil quantity in the manual oiler of the rolling bearing meets the production demand and timely supplement it. Whether the quality and quantity of the slurry pump lubricant meet the production demand, replace or supplement the lubricating oil in time;

4. Check whether various maintenance equipment such as mercury contactor, oil-operated breaker, interlocking equipment and audio signal for oil-maintaining parking are complete and reliable;

5. Check whether the appearance and safety maintenance equipment are outstanding, and whether the air pressure of the pneumatic clutch reaches the requirement;

Second, the ball mill to drive attention to matters

1. With the grinding machine that starts the varistor alkaline pressure, the shoulder movement process can't exceed the specified starting time. The starting time is generally 15-20s. If the start button is pressed to start the mill, the mill will not reach the additional speed. Then it should be stopped, otherwise the frequency sensitive varistor will burn out. After stopping the engine, carefully check the mechanical and electrical equipment to find out why it can't be started. The time between the second start and the first start should be more than 15 minutes. If the temperature of the frequency sensitive resistor is relatively high, the fan can be forced to cool.

2. The mills are banned more than twice in succession, and the third launch is necessary after a comprehensive review.
