Entrusted by China ENFI Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., we use two kinds of coal gangue as raw materials to test and make high-strength ceramsite. Based on rich working experience, our engineers design a perfect processing technology to meet customer needs.
Coal gangue is crushed by a jaw crusher to a particle size of ≤10mm, and grinded by a ball mill to a powder of 325 mesh, and then various auxiliary materials are added. After mixed with a certain proportion of water, the material passed through a 1.6m disc granulator to make 8-12㎜ spherical material balls, and finally use a Φ0.8m×15m rotary kiln to bake them. The bulk density of the high-strength ceramsite products is about 800㎏/m³, and the cylinder compressive strength is above 15MPa. Compared with ordinary ceramsite, it has the characteristics of high strength, high thermal resistance, fire resistance and durability, and is widely used in construction engineering, bridge engineering, road engineering, etc.
During the test, our technical also provided China ENFI Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. with detailed data such as the capacity and consumption of equipment and worked out a complete production line plan.
