The bag filter should be cleaned in time after running for a certain period of time. When the dust is removed, the initial layer cannot be destroyed to prevent the dust removal efficiency from decreasing. There are four methods to clean the bag filter: Physical cleaning, Reverse airflow backflushing, Sonic cleaning and Pulse blowing.

First, physical cleaning.

The dust attached to the dust bag is mainly caused by manual or mechanical means to vibrate the dust bag or high frequency vibration. The rapping can be carried out in two ways, vertical or horizontal. The advantage of this cleaning method is that it is simple and convenient, and is suitable for bag dust collectors with small air volume, low concentration and scattered dust spots. The disadvantages are uneven vibration, low filtering wind speed and great damage to the dust bag.

Second, reverse airflow backflushing.

The dust bag and the dust layer are passed through in the opposite direction to the dusty airflow, and the airflow type dust is used to fall off the dust bag. In this way, the dust-removing cloth bag must have a supporting structure to prevent the dust-removing cloth bag from being flattened, the dust-removing cloth bag is bonded, and the dust-removing cloth bag is damaged. The advantage of this cleaning method is that the airflow distribution is relatively uniform, and the disadvantage is that the cleaning strength is small and the wind speed cannot be too large.

Third, sonic cleaning.

The sonic cleaner is used to convert the kinetic energy of the pressurized gas into acoustic fluctuation energy, so that the dust bag is vibrated to shake off the dust. This method is advanced in technology, low in power consumption, and has little damage to equipment, but it is costly, and most users do not use this method of cleaning.

Fourth, pulse blowing and cleaning.

The pulse blowing mechanism releases the compressed airflow in an instant to compress the air, and the secondary air that is induced several times around the venturi is sprayed into the dust bag in a very short time, so that the dust bag is contracted from the filtering state to the center. The outer drum is deformed and the vibration is sharply deformed. The dust is removed from the surface of the dust bag and shaken into the ash bucket. The cleaning method has the advantages of strong cleaning ability, good cleaning effect, high allowable over-speed, and dust removal by dust removal. It can be used for dusty viscosity, fine particles, high concentration and dampness surroundings. The disadvantage is that the high pressure compressed air is sprayed too high to make the damage of the dust bag more serious. Therefore, when using this kind of cleaning method, it is necessary to use a good quality, wear-resistant, thick and strong anti-tension dust bag.
