First, strengthen the heat dissipation of ball mill system

Second, add grinding aids

Third, strengthen the ventilation of ball mill
Strengthen the mill ventilation, can take away some of the heat, but according to the ball mill heat balance calculation, the heat taken away by the mill ventilation usually only accounts for 20% of the total exhaust heat of the mill. Although the ventilation within the mill can reduce the material temperature, the ventilation in the mill is restricted by the system's resistance, wind lock, and air leakage, and is also restricted by the fineness of the product. Therefore, there is a limit to reducing the temperature of the milled material by increasing the ventilation within the mill.
According to the actual situation on the site, the tail water spray, the water jet from the grinding head, or the water jet from the grinding head are used to spray the water at the same time. The atomized water sprayed into the mill is fully heat-exchanged with the grinding material and the grinding body. The internal heat of the mill is quickly converted into saturated gas, which is quickly discharged out of the mill along with the ventilation inside the mill, so that the mill can always be operated under normal temperature conditions, and the purpose of improving the quality of the cement can be achieved at the same time.
