Box Feeder is suitable for uniformly feeding materials such as clay with moisture content not exceeding 20%, fly ash, crushed shale, coal gangue, and other bulk materials. The box feeder offers four specifications based on conveyor belt widths, ranging from 0.65m to 1.2m, with feeding capacities of 25-60 m³/h.

✔ Working Principle

The box feeder operates via a motor-driven transmission mechanism that enables continuous (or intermittent) movement of the conveyor belt (or chain plate) to achieve uniform feeding. Materials are stored in the chamber above the belt. The feed rate can be adjusted by modifying the height of the chamber gate valve or altering the belt/chain plate speed.
