The lime rotary kiln is a new type of specialized rotary kiln for active lime production, developed based on the calcination characteristics of limestone and by integrating advanced technologies from domestic and international counterparts. This rotary kiln (which can be equipped with vertical preheaters and vertical coolers to form an energy-efficient calcination system) features high raw material utilization, thorough calcination, uniform quality, superior product performance, large production capacity, high operational efficiency, energy savings, environmental friendliness, ease of operation, and long service life.
Our company produces lime rotary kilns in 11 specifications ranging from Ø2.5×40m to Ø5.1×72m. When paired with matching vertical preheaters (YRQ04-YRQ20) and vertical coolers (LSF36-LSF112), they can meet production demands of 150-1,200 tons per day (t/d). The lime products exhibit stable and consistent quality, with economically rational energy and power consumption metrics, low dust emissions, and compliance with environmental standards. Additionally, the kilns support a wide range of fuels, including pulverized coal, coke oven gas, blue-coke furnace gas, converter gas, blast furnace gas, calcium carbide furnace gas, natural gas, diesel, heavy oil, liquefied petroleum gas, and biomass materials.
✔ Application fields
Suitable for calcining limestone in metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials industry.
✔ Type of Lime Kiln
Beyond our flagship lime rotary kilns, we offer:Lime vertical (shaft) kilns: Compact footprint with energy-efficient performance
✔ Our Advantages
1. The output of the rotary kiln is stable and suitable for large, medium and small active lime production lines.
2. The rotary kiln is an open calcination, with a simple kiln structure, uniform heating, stable product quality, and low raw burning and overburning rates;
3. The vertical preheater at the end of the kiln can make full use of the high-temperature flue gas generated by calcination in the rotary kiln to increase the output of the rotary kiln;
4. The vertical cooler at the head of the kiln can not only quench the high-temperature lime and improve the activity of the product, but also facilitate transportation and storage
