The gypsum rotary kiln is the core equipment of the industrial by-product gypsum drying and calcining system. The equipment is widely used in the fields of gypsum, fly ash, slag, food, etc. Compared with the rotary kiln whose heat source is coal-fired (which requires a large blast and phoenix system, consumes a lot of electricity, causes great environmental pollution, and increases the cost of coal burning and flue gas post-treatment), the steam rotary kiln can reduce production costs and is an environmentally friendly equipment exclusively for the drying and calcining of industrial by-product gypsum.
The gypsum rotary kiln products produced by our company range from Ø2.0×24m to Ø4.0×28m, with a total of 8 specifications and models, an annual production capacity of 50,000-500,000 tons, and a matching main engine power of 45-315kW. Unlike traditional rotary kilns, it uses high-pressure steam as the heat transfer medium.

Advantages
(1) The gypsum rotary kiln pipeline contains high-pressure steam, adopts low-temperature and slow heat exchange, has a large heat exchange area, a more constant heat exchange medium temperature, and is easier to control the calcination process.
(2) The gypsum rotary kiln has a large volume and a large processing capacity, and the drying and calcination are more complete, and the product is more stable.
(3) According to the product use, by adjusting the rotary kiln speed and steam dosage, the initial setting time of gypsum powder can be adjusted and controlled.
(4) The one-step method simplifies the process, and drying and calcination are completed continuously in the same equipment, which is simple to control and reduces supporting equipment and control links.
(5) It is well applied in the one-step calcination and two-step drying systems, with stable production capacity, simple and reliable operation. It can be used as a production equipment integrating one-step drying and calcination, and can also be used independently as a high-efficiency drying equipment for the two-step method.
