Product FEATURE

This laboratory rotary kiln is designed for high-temperature calcination, roasting, and pyrolysis experiments, suitable for processing various minerals and solid waste materials, including dolomite, limestone, bauxite, magnesite, clinker, lightweight expanded clay aggregate (LECA), kaolin, zinc oxide, and solid waste. Equipped with a precision temperature control system, the kiln can reach temperatures of 1200°C to 1700°C (customizable) to meet the calcination requirements of different materials. It is widely used in research and development across industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and environmental protection.

✔ Key Features:

1. Versatility: Supports multiple process conditions, including oxidation, reduction, and inert atmospheres, adaptable to various material experiments.

2. Precise Temperature Control: PID intelligent regulation with K-type or S-type thermocouples ensures temperature uniformity (±1°C) for repeatable experiments.

3. Customizable Design: Adjustable rotation speed (0-10 RPM), tilt angle, and kiln body materials (high-temperature stainless steel or alumina) for corrosion and thermal shock resistance.

4. Safety & Efficiency: Integrated over-temperature protection, gas flow monitoring, and exhaust gas treatment interfaces comply with laboratory safety standards.

5. Data Tracking: Optional data logging system for real-time monitoring of temperature, rotation speed, and atmosphere parameters, supporting experimental analysis.

✔ Typical Applications:

- Mineral calcination (e.g., limestone decomposition, kaolin dehydroxylation)

- Metal oxide reduction (e.g., zinc oxide processing)

- Solid waste recycling (e.g., LECA production, hazardous waste pyrolysis)

- New material R&D (e.g., catalyst synthesis, ceramic sintering)

Ideal for scientific research and small-scale trials, this kiln facilitates material performance optimization and process validation.
